Dear friends:

It is our pleasure to share what we have accomplished together with you in Nepal this year. Teachers and volunteers continue to create opportunities for the financially disadvantaged students through a gift of education.

We now support 123 students in Nepal. The financial assistance allows the students to attend schools, obtain needed supplies, and an opportunity to interact with our volunteers on a regular basis. The students are still catching up from the disruptions due to COVID19 but are largely back to normal. We support expanding opportunities to different places and people. Our commitment to support students from all parts of Nepal, including outside of urban areas continues this year. Among our supported students are students with disabilities, who would have found it difficult to stay in school without our support. Our students come from Sunsari, Nepalgunj, Lamjung, Sankhuwasabha, Nawalparasi, and Gorkha. We are proud to be supporting students all over Nepal.

We plan for expanded work next year. We have onboarded new areas this year with a goal to increase the number of financial assistance during the next academic year.

Your constant support nurtures our students. Our work is made possible by generous support from hundreds of donors like you over the two decades of existence of NCEF. Our goal is to continue providing financial assistance and support to our students until they complete their high school education. Long-term commitment is at the core of our mission.
